Poem 024
A garden wall conceals a stone,
Weathered, cracked, and overgrown,
No marking tells what happened there,
No roses bloom with knowing care,
The moss has claimed it as its own.
But every spring, beneath the rain,
A single flower grows again,
As though the earth remembers still
A story hidden by its will,
And keeps one trace that shall remain.
